What does being in a "great place to work" mean for you?
The question is highly subjective and varies a lot from person to person. Some may work for a company that enables them to learn the skills they're interested in; others value the mentorship or relationships they've formed at their workplace, while a few more may seek hard work in exchange for a fat paycheck.
There's a publication, greatplacetowork.com, that, through employee surveys, compiles different rankings of companies that are considered highly desirable work environments. It's worth noting that companies must submit an application (which includes a payment) to be considered.
