Exactly 6 out of 10 correctly said that Brazil was the country featuring the most biodiversity in the world. With a biodiversity index of 512.34, Brazil is ranked first worldwide, though Colombia is 3rd, Mexico is 5th, and Peru is 7th. Not bad, Latin America!

🇧🇴 Bolivia registered the lowest inflation rate in South America for the first half of 2023. At just 0.79%, Bolivia’s rate is lower than all other countries on the continent, with only Ecuador’s 0.9% coming close.
Latinometrics: At the global level, Bolivia’s annual inflation rate of 2.7% is lower than all but 6 countries worldwide. This has helped the Andean country keep household prices low throughout the year. And the country is even on the cusp of finally joining Mercosur!
