🇧🇴 Bolivian telecoms/transportation watchdog ATT will receive a electromagnetic spectrum monitoring system from Piesat. The Chinese satellite service provider will provide communications, navigation, and remote sensing through over 50 satellites in a $22.4M project estimated to be delivered by the end of August next year.
🇧🇷 Brazil has received a loan of $54.5M from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in order to launch new housing strategies and models for low-income residents. As part of a larger $600M credit line from the IDB, Latin America’s largest multilateral development bank, Brazil will seek to tackle the problem of more than 30M households in Brazil (in 2019) living in substandard housing.
